Our spacious holiday apartment (size: about 60 m²) in traditional style promises marvelous moments full of relaxation. Additionally, you enjoy superb views of the Ötztal mountains. The apartment has the following amenities:
- 2 separate double rooms with bathroom/WC, hairdryer and balcony
- Living room with homey dining area, satellite flat-screen TV and sunny terrace
- Kitchen incl. fridge, 4-plate cooktop, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, complete set of cookware and tableware
On request we serve a rich breakfast buffet every morning. Parking lots are available for free in front of the house. A ski storage room with boot-dryer and free Wi-Fi are included as well. You can look forward to a vacation in a traditional setting, surrounded by lovely coziness and the stunning Alpine scenery.

- All prices are for 4 persons and day, exclusive of breakfast buffet and exclusive of resort tax.
- The resort tax of € 3.50 per person and night is charged separately.
Children and young adults under 15 years don't pay the resort tax. - The end-of-stay cleaning fee is once € 50.00
- On the day of arrival you have to pay a deposit of € 50.00. You will receive this back on your departure if you have left the kitchen clean and when you have disposed the garbage.
- Check-in from 2.00 pm – Check-out until 09.30 am
